Should I wrap our gifts before dropping off/mailing?

We appreciate all the help we can get with wrapping! While we prefer that gifts arrive wrapped, this extra step is not required- we get it, the holidays are busy times!

How much should I spend per child?

Our donors typically spend $100-$150 per child, but if you are inclined to spend more please feel free to do so.

How would you suggest I prioritize items on their Wish List?

We ask that you prioritize the items on the “need” list and at least one item from the “wish” list - it is Christmas after all!

Please do not feel obligated to purchase every item on the list. We do ask, however, that you stick to the lists provided by the families when purchasing items. We are here to support and serve them!

I’m sending my items from Amazon or another online retailer. What steps should I take?

Wonderful! To support logistics on our end, we ask that you:

+Send to the address listed above and ensure you put the families first and last name in the ℅ (Address 2) line so we know who it is for.

+Select that items are sent in one delivery (Amazon gives you this option at check out).

+If possible, please have the items gift wrapped by the retailer. We also understand this is frequently an additional expense and are happy to do the wrapping for you!

Do I have the option to get in touch with the family I’m sponsoring?

At this time, we do not provide contact information for our families. Please direct any questions to our team!

Where/when do I drop off my gifts?

All donations should be received by Wednesday, December 13th.

Drop off hours are 8:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday. We will offer late drop hours until 6:00pm on Wednesday 12/6, Thursday 12/7 and Tuesday 12/12.

I’m unable to adopt an entire family - can I adopt one or two children?

Yes! The donor form will allow you to select the number of children that you are comfortable sponsoring. You will also have the option to shop for the parents/guardians as well.
